This initiative was launched by Eric along with several other Shadow Creek High School students in May 2020 during the peak of the COVID pandemic when medical professionals worked in the very frontlines while others stayed at home. It received strong support from the community, especially Boy Scout Troop 414, Pearland Chinese Association, Alvin ISD Board of Trustees, and AYLUS Pearland. With this Initiative, we provided food and drinks to more than 500 working heroes in medical centers/hospitals including HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland, Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital, and Baylor St. Luke's Emergency Center at Pearland.
